(TMI) signs up for any of my seminars and mentions your name as their source of reference before they sign up, we will give you 5 percent of their tuition paid with our sincere thanks.

Although some unexpected cash is always nice, I personally feel that the referral benefit should be the last reason you send a friend or acquaintance to TMI.  I want you to make referrals because in your heart, you believe I conduct the best training available. And to earn this esteem, when someone comes to my seminar upon your referral, I will do everything in my power to give them such an excellent experience that they will call you up to say, "Thank you for sending me to Topher, it changed my life!"
